Everyone has a secret that can't be told. There are times when even talking to people doesn't help. Sometimes you're scared It will work in your disadvantage. To those who listen to this song, instead of saying "I went through this", I wanted to say "I bet you went through something similar", "Just like you, I'm thinking about the same thing", "We are both human".

'Secret Secret' is one of the songs of the last Stray Kids' album, NOEASY. It was written by HAN alone and he worked in the production with the same producer who have worked with groups like Red Velvet, GFriend, TXT, TWICE, ITZY and a few more. So you can imagine this would end up being a different sound they would be exploring, confirmed by the songwriter even before the album comes out.
But I won't focus on the production. The lyrics are my favorite part of the song. HAN said he would make a live after the release of the album to explain in details what inspired him writing the lyrics. So, while he doesn't do, I'm going to make my appreciation for both the song and HAN, along with my personal interpretation.
Someone who took a ride on Stray Kids' discography, passed through songs like "19", "Sunshine", "Another Day", "Slump". Probably, a lot of people didn't pay attention to the lyrics, they all have different stories on their own, but they have something similar apart from having the same songwriter.
The songs are expressing HAN's different fears, loneliness, mental health, his need to self-isolate, so he can avoid dealing with struggles and conflicts of daily life. With a conforting and positive message that everything is going to be okay. Not only for saying himself he's an introvert, but for dealing with an Anxiety Disorder that he's trying to work on little by little.
Secret Secret is walking through the same path.
The name of the song is self-explanatory. It's about secrets, that type of secrets you don't share for being afraid of judgment. But, as much as you can runway from other people, you can't from your own judgments stuck inside of your head, the fear of someone find out and the imaginary cenaries of how they would react If they find out.
Keeping distressful secrets increases the feeling of loneliness, because you unconsciously thinks that you can't count on no one and no one would understand you.
"It'll be okay if you walk around busy. Like the ground hardens after rain and flowers bloom again" Felix and Hyunjin sang. Reminds me when HAN said he uses his work as a valve escape to deal with his personal problems, that's one of the reasons why he is so productive. And I feel that's the message he wants to give.
So, you are suffering because you don't want to get it off your chest and you chose keeping it. Meanwhile, you wait for something that can wash your thoughts away. During the whole song, HAN uses the rain as a metaphor for that.
It seems to be such a deep and personal song and I'm glad they finally decided to include in a Stray Kids' album. I have a big admiration for Jisung as a lyricist and I wish he keeps growing in his artistry.
Disclaimer: I'm not a korean speaker, so maybe I could've misunderstood one thing or another. Maybe not. Better wait for HAN's explanation for a reliable interpretation of the song. Here are just my humble thoughts.

The appreciation this song deserves
Han's ability to deal with difficult and complicated feelings in his music is exceptional. In Secret Secret, although he doesn't find a solution to his initial problem, he finds momentary consolation in nature and the world around him mimicking his mood. It's so life-like and honest.

Exactly! It's so realistic. Because, in life, there are situations that you are able to share and, when you suffering too much that you can't find a solution, there are other people - outsiders - who can guide you to solve your problems and comfort you. But no everytime It's possible for you do that.

Stray Kids' lyrics in general make me feel relieved. Relieved to know that I'm not the only one struggling out there and some of their lyrics feel like they're taking words out of my mouth. It's amazing and unbelievable sometimes. I rarely relate to songs' lyrics in general, but I do with some of their songs, which means a lot for me.
I've noticed how much I love Han's lyrics in particular, as you described, he takes inspiration from his personal experiences and struggles and put that in his work and it's both brave and genuine. Secret Secret is one of those songs and its lyrics are certainly one of my favorite from him.

He betrayed me here, but I can't judge because 'Sorry I Love You' is a massive bop

Han is so talented. His solo tracks are amazing. I love that little move he does in the Christmas Evil video right when they walk into the store leading up to him grabbing that bear and throwing it at the camera. He has so many subtle, unique attributes and a charisma that makes him really fun to watch.
